Project Greenway Part Two

Project Greenway Part Two:

Project Greenway is a school event by the MC Sanggunian. It's like a beauty pageant/ fashion show for the boyish girls at school and it's a challenge for us designers to transform them in to very lady like with use of recycled materials. 

Yesterday, the Project Greenway was held again at the streets of Ortigas and we participated in a clean air campaign for Pasig City.

Colors and Promises

Colors and Promises:
(November 19, 2012/Miriam College)

This day we had our sophomore assembly and the theme is Fashion but the catch is we have to wear the ugliest color of all (for me) which is also the color of our batch... ORANGE. I really hate orange with no reason maybe it's too bright, it only looks good in blue or pink or it's the color of Halloween. Well good thing I have one orange garment in my closet. 

The assembly was okay though it was really hot outside when we were waiting. There are now three things that I hate... first is the color of my pants, second for waiting so long despite of the very hot atmosphere and third, I was chosen to walk my outfit on stage. I really don't know how to walk like catwalk-ish in front of many people. Well that's the very short story for Colors and Promises (If your wondering why my post title is a little dramatic... Well, I got it from A thousand years haha! I still have a hangover from Breaking Dawn part 2. It's so sad that the saga is done.)

The day when I just want to dress up

The day when I just want to dress up:

I have this weird hobby when I have nothing to do at home, I open my closet, put on some loud music, match some garments and pose. haha! Well I'm too old for Barbie so rather than dressing up dolls I dress myself up. Luckily, my 11 year old niece, Erika is also on break so I asked her to take the photos... I personally designed the printed blazer last 2010 when I was still studying at SoFA. It was inspired by Balmain's bold shouldered blazers. Then two years later, printed shoulders are on trend again.

Candy Palletes

Candy Palletes: 

I always wear something that has color especially if the shade is really cute or appealing to the eye. Color blocking is one of my favorite trend. It's like pairing up the cutest colors that will look good together. 

I already wore this dress before on a friend's debut party since it's so comfy and even though it's Forever 21 I haven't seen other girls that has this dress and also I haven't blog about this yet... so why not wear it on a play date with the kids? haha!

PFW S/S '13

 Philippine Fashion Week Spring/ Summer 2013: 

I've been attending this event for three years now, and this season I will surely not forget. 

Each season I always have this problem with my pass like misprinting it or getting lost at MOA. This season, I have encountered the same problem as well. I actually have lots of PFW invites but the thing here is my invites are NOT registered yet. I panicked because the show that we're going to attend to is already full and I can only register to the 7:30 p.m show on that day. When I checked the time it was already 7:15 p.m. My friends and I rushed to SMX from MOA with our high heels. Here's a funny fact... Even you're walking really fast, but when you're in high heels you still walk in the same speed. When we got to SMX, it was already 8:00 p.m. the gates were already close and the line for the next show was already long. I was really tired while waiting in line, thirsty, and I haven't eaten since 10 a.m. I was getting pretty dizzy that time so I went out of the line with my friend Cess to catch some air... next thing I know, I was down. Yes, I missed the show but I still get to take outfit shots after feeling better and here they are...
